De-fluorinated and non-fluoride coating

To solve the PFAS problem, we compared ceramic coatings and fluoropolymer coatings.

The ceramic coating "DK-coat Infinity" is an inorganic ceramic coating that uses completely non-toxic and harmless inorganic materials without any organic substances. As a non-fluorine coating, it contains no PFAS, which has recently become a concern. This product can address the issues related to the impact of PFAS on human health and the environment. It has excellent heat resistance (up to 450°C), so even at high temperatures (like 450°C), it maintains non-stick properties, low friction, and excellent wear resistance, similar to fluoropolymer coatings, while significantly improving durability due to its hard coating. 【Major Differences from Fluoropolymer Coatings】 - Heat Resistance: Capable of withstanding high temperatures of 450°C - Wear Resistance: Hardness of pencil grade 8H to 9H, resistant to scratching - Non-Stick Properties: Comparable to fluoropolymer coatings (such as PTFE, PFA) - Steam Resistance: Strong against steam, with excellent adhesion that makes peeling difficult - Thermal Conductivity: Good thermal conductivity, further enhanced by far-infrared radiation - Safety: No harmful gas emissions even at elevated temperatures *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Measures to prevent liquid from creeping up the dispenser.

Suppressing the wetting spread on the nozzle outer surface and improving discharge accuracy.

In dispenser nozzles, the phenomenon of liquid spreading on the outer surface without breaking from the nozzle tip, known as "climbing," is a significant issue that can lead to reduced dispensing accuracy, liquid dripping, and stringing. This is particularly impactful in precision coating processes and electronic component manufacturing, where even slight dispensing defects can greatly affect quality and yield. This phenomenon is attributed to the high wettability of the nozzle's outer surface, and there are many cases where simply adjusting dispensing conditions or shapes does not lead to a fundamental solution. By applying NonStick STC to the nozzle tip, surface energy is reduced, which suppresses the spreading of the liquid. This improves the breakage of droplets and enables stable dispensing. It is also easy to apply as a post-processing method to existing nozzles, making it an effective approach for process improvement. For technical consultations and prototype verification, please feel free to contact us.

Fluorine coating

Low friction coefficient fluorine-based coating. Provides lubrication. Improves wear resistance. Enhances corrosion resistance. Provides vibration damping, etc. For high-speed, light load applications!

The fluorine-based coating materials handled by our company can be applied to a wide range of metals. The primary performance of the coating is derived from its low friction coefficient, which provides lubrication, but it also enhances wear resistance, corrosion resistance, vibration damping, and water and oil repellency. Additionally, there has been an increase in applications for preventing electrolysis recently. This product is referred to as a dry lubricating film and has effects similar to those achieved with traditional greases and oils. While greases and oils offer higher lubrication performance, the dry lubricating film does not require replenishment like greases and oils do. Due to its high performance and maintenance-free characteristics, it is widely used in automobiles, office automation equipment, and home appliances. The basic composition of the coating agent consists of a resin binder with PTFE dispersed in it. The type of binder allows for variations in the performance of the paint.

Rubber packing anti-adhesion coating

Preventing the adhesion of seal components to improve interchangeability and maintainability.

Rubber gaskets and O-rings can become stuck at contact points due to prolonged use, leading to breakage during removal and increased burden during replacement work. This is particularly problematic in sealing applications where compression is maintained, making adhesion and sticking more likely, which in turn reduces maintainability. Our FU-2015 is a fluorine-based coating that imparts slip and non-stick properties to surfaces without compromising the flexibility of the rubber material, helping to suppress the occurrence of sticking. The coating design follows the deformation of the rubber, maintaining stable performance even in repeated compression and stretching environments. This contributes to improved workability during part replacement and reduces the likelihood of issues. We can also accommodate the consideration of optimal specifications and prototype evaluations based on application and usage conditions. If you are experiencing problems with sticking, please feel free to contact us for technical consultation and prototype verification.

Improved wear resistance and durability of fluorine coating! 'XPC Grade'

Composite coating: Achieving further durability improvement with the combination of ceramic thermal spraying and fluorine coating!

Attention those struggling with durability in standard fluorine coatings! The 'XPC Grade' enhances adhesion compared to regular fluorine coatings by applying a ceramic or alloy thermal spray layer beneath our Tempcoat. This results in improved wear resistance and durability. Additionally, by utilizing the unevenness of the thermal spray layer to adjust the surface condition (roughness) of the fluorine coating, a new surface state for fluorine coatings can be achieved, leading to improved adhesion of the product.

Nozzle surface treatment to prevent poor ejection.

Suppressing liquid dripping and positional displacement to achieve stabilization of precise coating.

In the liquid dispensing process, dispensing failures are often caused by liquid adhesion to the nozzle's outer surface, leading to issues such as misalignment, liquid dripping, and stringing. This can result in variations in product quality and an increase in defect rates. NonStick STC suppresses liquid adhesion by forming a low surface energy layer on the nozzle surface, improving the break-off of droplets after dispensing. This is expected to stabilize the dispensing volume and position, contributing to quality improvement in precision coating processes. Additionally, due to its ultra-thin film, the impact on nozzle shape and dispensing diameter is minimized. It can be considered an effective countermeasure when improvements are difficult to achieve through a review of process conditions alone. For technical inquiries or prototype verification, please feel free to contact us.

Coating that imparts slip properties to rubber parts.

Coating that improves sliding properties and transport stability by reducing friction.

Rubber parts can have high friction during contact, which may lead to transport failures and snagging. This is particularly true for roll and guide components, where a lack of slip can hinder stable operation. Our FU-2015 improves the friction characteristics of rubber surfaces through a fluorine-based coating, providing slip properties. It reduces contact resistance with the workpiece, enabling smooth transport and operation. Additionally, its non-stick nature helps suppress the adhesion of dirt and foreign substances, contributing to long-term stable operation. The flexible coating follows the deformation of the rubber, allowing for application while minimizing functional degradation. We can also provide evaluations and optimal design proposals tailored to specific usage conditions. If you are considering improving slip properties or addressing transport issues, please contact us for technical consultation and prototype verification.

Coating application expanded by low-temperature treatment.

Fluorine-based coating applicable to parts that were traditionally difficult to coat.

In coatings that require high-temperature sintering, such as typical fluoropolymer coatings, concerns about deformation and changes in material properties due to thermal effects have limited the applicable parts. FU-1240 can form a film at low temperatures, significantly reducing these constraints and enabling application to a wide range of workpieces, including resin parts, thin-walled metals, and small precision components. This allows for the addition of functions to parts that were previously abandoned for surface treatment, leading to increased design flexibility and process improvements. It also possesses basic properties such as non-stickiness and slip characteristics in a well-balanced manner, making it a highly practical coating. If you are considering new application developments or reviewing existing processes, please feel free to consult us. Water-repellent, fingerprint-resistant, and anti-soiling measures! Fluorine coating processing for optical components.

In-house developed thin film surface treatment technology! Provides "water-repellent and dirt (fingerprint) adhesion prevention" functions to optical components such as lenses and cover glasses! Testing available.

The organic nano-thin film treatment technology "NANOS" can apply functional films that enhance water repellency, oil repellency, dirt resistance (fingerprint resistance), and slip properties (dynamic friction coefficient) to metal and glass substrates such as stainless steel (SUS) and nickel (Ni) through spray treatment and vacuum deposition using a special fluoropolymer. The maximum temperature of the entire process is 80°C, which minimizes thermal impact on the substrate, and since it is colorless and transparent, it has little effect on optical properties. 【Examples of Adoption】 ■ Target: Optical components (lenses, cover glass, etc.) ■ Purpose: To impart water repellency and prevent dirt (fingerprint) adhesion 【Features】 ○ Excellent water and oil repellency Pure water: over 110°; n-hexadecane: over 68° ○ Thin film thickness can be controlled Spray treatment: 5–10nm (can be controlled in increments of 1nm) Vacuum deposition: 5–45nm (can be controlled in increments of 5nm) ○ Little effect on optical properties (colorless and transparent) ○ Low-temperature process Our surface treatment methods include two types: deposition and spray methods. You can specify the treatment method, or you can leave it to us. Please feel free to consult with us! (Sales of the main machine are subject to consultation)

Transparent coating is possible! 'GD Coating' also has heat resistance.

There is a proven track record of coating glass to make it transparent without changing the refractive index! A surface coating with heat resistance up to 500°C.

"GD Coating" is a heat-resistant fluoropolymer coating that achieves strong adhesion and coverage by forming a chemical reaction layer through the fusion of composite processes. By integrating plating technology, painting technology, and metallurgy, it overcomes the challenges of conventional coatings (fluorine-based, ceramic-based, glass-based) to realize a thin film (40nm to about 1μm), transparency, pinhole-free quality, and heat resistance (500°C). The film forms an excellent single-layer membrane through reactions with the substrate, demonstrating superior performance (release properties, slip properties, non-stick properties, abrasion resistance, antibacterial properties, chemical and gas resistance, durability) compared to standard fluorine coatings. Additionally, due to its reaction technology, it can be applied to various materials (resins, rubber, glass) beyond metals. 【Features】 ■ Forms a chemical reaction layer through the fusion of composite processes ■ Achieves strong adhesion and coverage ■ Realizes a thin film (40nm to about 1μm), transparency, pinhole-free quality, and heat resistance (500°C) ■ Exhibits excellent performance ■ Applicable to various materials (resins, rubber, glass) beyond metals *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
